Business Policies


We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm (Pacific Time).  Our online system will forward your order to one of our account managers for review.  We will email you back to confirm your order.  Our online order form is the best method of ordering.  Alternatively, you can print the order form and fax it to 250.717.5771


The prices in this online catalogue are all in Canadian dollars, and do not include federal and provincial taxes.  Prices are subject to change.

Opening an account:

To open an account with us, you must first fill out an application form. If you would like an electronic copy, please let us know.

Payment Terms:

A $15 handling fee will apply to all orders under $100.  We accept Visa, MC, and terms of Net 30 days to approved credit accounts.

Product Shortage:

We do our best to keep products in stock, however, our business is agriculturally-based, and we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at all times. 


Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of the latest order date.

Shipping Fees:

Orders are normally shipped by Canada Post.  Applicable shipping and handling fees are billed to the client.


We take great care to ensure that our orders are perfect, well-packaged and delivered in good condition.  Unfortunately, errors can occur and products may be damaged during transportation.  In the event of error, contact our customer service department to receive a product return form and authorization number.  We will issue a credit note upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  A 20% charge applies on all articles returned for no valid reason.

Overdue Accounts:

Orders placed on overdue accounts will be detained without notice.  We reserve the right to revoke credit privileges from clients who do not respect the terms of payment.  In that event, payment will be taken at the time of order.  A $50 fee will be applied to every cheque without sufficient funds (nsf).  Overdue accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month.
